Mr. Sullivan is a resident of City of Salem, serving his eighth year as Freeholder.
He is a DuPont retiree and US Army Korean veteran. Mr. Sullivan graduated Salem High School.
He and his wife Elizabeth have three children. He enjoys cooking, golfing and shuffleboard.
Prior to election as Freeholder, he served fifteen years on Salem City Council, nine years of which he served as President.
He was the former President of the Southern NJ Freeholders Organization and is a member of St. Mary's Church, Knights of Columbus, DuPont Veterans Association, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Fraternal Order of Eagles and Salem Main Street Economic Restructuring Committee.
