Mrs. Bestwick is a resident of Pilesgrove Township serving her sixth year as Freeholder.
She has been a teacher in the Pennsville School District for the past 19 years.
Prior to her becoming a member of the Freeholder board, she was also an adjunct instructor for Salem Community College and Gloucester County College.
