Distinguished Engineer of the Year Award
Salem County Engineer, Chris R. Rehmann was honored by the American Society of Civil Engineers (New Jersey Section, South Jersey Branch) as the Distinguished Engineer of the Year at their 23rd Annual Awards Luncheon held recently at the Wyndham Hotel in Mt. Laurel. Judged by their peers, the award is presented to engineers who have demonstrated excellence in their profession over the course of their careers. The Distinguished Engineer award recognizes Mr. Rehmann for his integrity and his abilities as a problem solver and consensus builder.
Mr. Rehmann has served as the Salem County Engineer for twenty four years and is the only part time County Engineer in the State. Additionally, Mr. Rehmann represents private clients as well as municipalities, school boards and authorities spanning a career of over 35 years.
Chris R. Rehmann is a registered NJ Professional Engineer, Surveyor, and Planner and is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Adams, Rehmann and Heggan Associates, Inc. along with Civil Solutions a subsidiary of the parent company. Under Mr. Rehmann’s leadership, ARH has expanded and developed an excellent reputation as a multi-disciplined firm in the public and private sectors in New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland. ARH Associates provides engineering, planning, surveying, cartography, landscape architecture, environmental science services, construction management services and expert witness testimony. To compliment its engineering and surveying capabilities, Civil Solutions provides GIS, CADD, and aerial photogrammetry services throughout the United States. Currently ARH Associates has approximately 100 employees within its three locations, including its main office and Civil Solutions both in Hammonton, NJ, and a satellite office in Hamilton, NJ.
