Freeholder Director Dave Sparks congratulates a surprised Russel Buoncuore at Travaglini's Restaurant, where he presented him with the County's "Three Cheers Award." Sparks recognized the Pennsville resident for his recent heroic efforts at a collapsed construction site in Philadelphia. Buoncuore, a crane operator, lifted six co-workers from a pit of construction debris to safety.
